"Chaleur rapide et constante. Le masque est efficace. Le confort pas autant que je m’attendais mais c’est bien. Se décharge rapidement (3 séances de 10-2 minutes). Dans l’ensemble c’est quand même mon meilleur masque chaleur sèche (il serait bien d’avoir dedans des petites billes pour qu’il soit humide en plus, se serait mon masque idéal !!)."
"I have had this mask for 3. 5 months and was happy with it up until about a month ago. When I first got it, I could use it for 10 minutes, twice a day, for about 3 days before it needed to be charged. On one charge it could go close to an hour. About a month ago, I noticed it needed charging more often. Now I use it once a day for 10 minutes and it needs to be charged on the third day. The time it can go between charges is pretty much cut in half. It is not worth the money if it is only good for a few months. I will try to reach out to the company to see if they are able to replace the battery."

"For a product I paid nearly $200 for I expected it to last longer than 12 months. The product itself works very well, when it did work, and heats up well, when it did work. But it’s now stopped working which seems to be a common problem after reading others reviews. Disappointing that Eye Drop would keep this product on their site until this issue is rectified with the mask."

I wanted one that was both preservative free and had an easy dispensation mechanism / easy to use dropper. This one ticks all the boxes, -– plus it has an excellent formulation. "Awesome heated mask for MGD. I tested the heat with a temperature gauge and it stays at 40-45 which is exactly what is needed. Also slept with them for the past week after the heat turned off and they are very comfortable"
