How do the products in this kit work together?

TheaHyabak supplies lubricating drops, BlephaClean takes care of eyelid hygiene, and I-RELIEF supplies the warm-compress step. Each addresses a different part of the routine. The kit name does not determine the cause or clinical severity of your dry eye.

In what order should I use the products?

If heat is appropriate for your eye care plan, remove lenses and makeup and use a comfortably warm I-RELIEF mask first. Clean the lids with BlephaClean afterward, using a fresh wipe for each eye. Finish with TheaHyabak as needed. Follow the I-RELIEF heating directions, not those for a different brand of mask.

How long should I heat and wear the I-RELIEF mask?

Start with a room-temperature mask on a clean microwave-safe dish. Heat on high for 20 seconds; add 5-second increments only if needed, up to 30 seconds total. Touch-test before use and allow it to cool if too hot. Wear over closed eyes for 3–5 minutes unless your clinician directs otherwise. Never exceed 20 minutes or fall asleep in it.

Do I need to rinse after using BlephaClean wipes?

No rinsing is needed. With clean hands and your eye closed, gently wipe the eyelid and lash roots. Use a fresh wipe for the other eye, then discard both wipes.

Can I use TheaHyabak while wearing contact lenses?

Yes. TheaHyabak can be used with all types of contact lenses. Apply one drop in each eye as needed during the day. Remove your lenses before the kit’s eyelid-cleaning steps.
