How To Use

With washed hands, soak a clean cotton pad with Eye Spy Clean Eyes Makeup Remover and gently press on eyelids for 10-20 seconds to loosen applied makeup. Gently wipe away makeup and repeat until all makeup is removed. Gently rinse with lukewarm water.
