1. Preparation
   Remove each compress from the mask strap and place it on a clean, microwave-safe plate. Heat for 20 seconds. If additional heat is needed, microwave in 5-second increments.
2. Adjusting the Fit
   Slide each compress through the mask strap and adjust it comfortably over each eye. Fasten the strap around your head and adjust for comfort.
3. Cleaning
   Optionally place the provided cover over the compresses to protect them from oil and dirt. Clean the compresses or mask with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed, then allow them to dry fully before reuse.

Do not microwave for more than 30 seconds in total.
