As of today, Canada Post has received a 72-hour strike notice from the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW), impacting both Urban and RSMC (Rural and Suburban Mail Carriers) bargaining units. This notice means that CUPW could initiate strike activity as early as Friday, November 15 at 12:01 a.m. ET, if an agreement isn't reached. While operations remain normal for now, rotating or general strikes could cause delays and/or full interruptions of service.

At EyeDropShop, we are closely monitoring the situation and will do our best to minimize any impact on our customers. If the strike proceeds, we are prepared to switch to alternative carriers to avoid delays and ensure that your orders are delivered on time. We understand how important timely deliveries are, especially for essential products, and we are committed to getting them to you on time. We will keep you updated with any changes in shipping services as the situation evolves.

Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out to customer service if you have any questions.

Best,

- The Eye Drop Shop Team
