Refresh Optive™ Gel Drops

Refresh Optive™ is for the temporarily relieves burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.  Relieves discomfort due to minor irritation of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun. Protects eye from further irritation.

How to Use

• Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

• Use only if imprinted tape seals on top and bottom flaps are intact and are clearly legible.
• Store at 15° to 30°C. 
• Discard 90 days after opening.

Ingredients

Carboxymethylcellulosesodium 1%, Glycerine 0.9%........Eye lubricant

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
boric acid, calcium chloridedihydrate, erythritol, levocarnitine, magnesium chloride hexahydrate,potassium chloride, Purite® (stabilized oxychloro complex), sodium borate decahydrate, sodium citrate dihydrate, purified water.

Warnings

• To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of the container to any surface.
• Replace cap after using.
• If solution changes color or becomes cloudy, do not use.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children.
