Refresh® Optive Fusion® Sensitive Ophthalmic Solution

Refresh® Optive Fusion® Sensitive is a dual action formula that lubricates and hydrates dry eyes. It temporarily relieves burning, irritation, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or due to environmental conditions, and protects eyes from further irritation.

How to Use

• To open, Twist and pull tab to remove.
• Instill 1 to 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

• Discard container after use.

Ingredients

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Carboxymethylcellulose sodium 0.5%, Glycerine 1.0%.......................... Eye lubricant

INACTIVE INGREDIENTS:
Calcium chloride dihydrate, erythritol, levocarnitine, magnesium chloride hexahydrate, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium lactate, sodium hyaluronate, sodium hydroxide/hydrochloric acid to adjust pH.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.
• Do not reuse. Once opened, discard.
• Do not use if solution changes colour or becomes cloudy.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.
• Keep out of reach of children.
